By publishing a nickname in DON’T, you accept these terms. You may play without a nickname or public name.

Permitted use

Use the app for personal entertainment. Do not manipulate the counter, automate presses, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s data.

Nicknames

Do not publish illegal, offensive, sexual, discriminatory, threatening, impersonating, or personally identifying content. You must have the right to use your chosen name.

Moderation

Players can block and report nicknames. The Stupid App may hide or remove names and profiles, correct manipulated scores, and restrict access to protect the service. Reports will be reviewed with reasonable care.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard is an entertainment feature, not a prize competition. It may change because of weekly resets, corrections, technical incidents, or profile deletion.

Availability

The app is provided as available. We may change or interrupt features for security, maintenance, or legal compliance. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
