From the app

Open Settings, tap “Delete my data” and confirm. The anonymous identifier, alias, alert tokens and on-device data are deleted. Guesses you already made and usage events are unlinked from you, because every tried combination must keep counting for everyone; if you opened a safe, the archive will show “anonymous”.

Without access to the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete THE SAFE data” and your alias (for example PLAYER 7F3A). Never send passwords. If you’ve already uninstalled the app, it may not be possible to link a fully anonymous identifier safely.

We’ll answer verifiable requests within the applicable legal deadline. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and aren’t cancelled by deleting your data.
